Call for Papers
Submit original research for the fourteenth International Conference on Cyber and IT Service Management.
Conference Scope
CITSM 2026 is the fourteenth annual conference in the general area of cyber and IT services management. It provides a forum for presenting and discussing the latest innovations, results, and developments in cyber networks, pervasive systems, cloud environments, enterprise, and IT related to service management.
The conference is a multitrack, highly selective forum attended by experts from academia, industry, and government.

Submission Requirements
Prospective papers should be written in readable plain English and between 4 to 6 pages. Submitted papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Each paper will be reviewed by three program committee members.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore scope and quality requirements. Papers should follow IEEE formatting guidelines and be submitted electronically through the paper submission system.
Important IEEE Policy
The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers must not contain plagiarized material and must not be submitted to other conferences, workshops, or symposia at the same time.
According to the no-show policy, each accepted paper must be presented by one author of the paper.
